Could that tattoo on that human face indicate the ability to have tattoos. I really hope so, and maybe body customization.

We will likely see the character creation system be recycled from DA:I, and that had tattoos, so probably.

As many said, early video showing concept lighting/shadow and environmental graphics, like the Pollen (fog), rain and barrel explosions. ME:A's level designers obviously want to force the player to use the JJs in some/(all?) maps, though.
Which reminds me. Earlier rumours that claim the Khet disembarking from Cerberus shuttles. Nonsense of course but I can see the devs putting together video concepts, using stock items (like the Cerberus shuttles) as Place Holders, until the artists come up with the actual alien troop shuttle design.
Really, nothing much to get excited about until EA Play.

That krogan looks awesome! A lot of detail on his head and armour and the rain effects on him look cool too. Apparently the video is from late 2014 too, so it'll only get better than this (hopefully!)
The dude is using a carnifex pistol, the PC is using an M-8 Avenger. So looks like we'll get some classic weapons back (unless these are just placeholders, though I doubt it)
I think you can see the PC ship 5-6 seconds in, doesn't look anything like a Normandy-class ship.

I hope they don't copy and paste the creation system from Inquisition, it was good, but I'd like them to take note from fallout 4 when it comes to character creationWe will likely see the character creation system be recycled from DA:I, and that had tattoos, so probably.

I actually agree, especially when you are playing a biotic, but hey maybe biotic classes will use there biotics instead of a jetpack.Does anyone else think that the concept of a jetpack is pretty dumb in mass effect? I realize they are already in the lore from ME3 multiplayer, but really - everyone uses personal mass effect fields to increase gravity on low gravity environments. All you'd have to do is the opposite - decrease your mass and gravity, and boom, you can now jump higher than Mario on crack.

It reeks of obvious rule of cool. "b-b-but Halo has jetpacks now! We have to have them too!"

I know why the developers never show up in this forum and i'm not even mad.
You can find haters anywhere tho. Frankly I'd find it pretty laughable if a dev read this thread and was seriously bothered by Arcian's or N7's posts.

Given that using biotics is physically strenuous, I wouldn't trust a human or even an Asari to be able to move themselves as consistently as a jetpack, especially when they're in combat and actively using other powers. Never trust a human where technology will suffice.

I like it. This looks and feels like Mass Effect and this is an alpha footage so graphics and gameplay will be for sure improved.

Bioware's games play like quality games to, I don't know, the huge majority of their fanbase.Only a dummy would trust a company to be honest about the state of their product in marketing. EAWare will say and do anything to boost sales EXCEPT actually making a good quality game.

Doubtful, double standards and all that...
I think they could have saved themselves a lot of trouble over Miranda's butt shots if they'd just had a couple Krogan junk shots to balance it out. The only people left to complain would have been...the... eh. Nevermind. Forgot I was talking about the BSN.
...STILL, I'M FAIRLY CERTAIN A SMALL PERCENTAGE OF REASONABLE PEOPLE WOULD HAVE BEEN APPEASED BY THIS.

Do you want to talk to Taker34 or Shinobi? The latter can be contacted via Twitter and I'm the guy who posted the video.

You misunderstood. The way she looks is similar. If that *is* Cora, she can do a biotic shield thing that will (supposedly) protect the party while letting you shoot out of it. As a biotic she's... not really like Ashley at all?

I don't know. If you're going to have open worlds across a variety of alien planets, jetpacks seem like a great way to design visually interesting levels while allowing the player to hop around without being too constrained.

Using biotics is physically taxing, but running electricity through element zero isnt. Like I said, EVERYONE in Mass Effect uses personal mass effect fields for artificial gravity. Usually to increase it. In the Hanar's case, they use it to obnoxiously float. Whatever. Hell, the skycars use it to fly. That's how they work. The technology is ubiquitous in mass effect.
So saying you need a jet pack to jump like that is...like, really really dumb. Almost like they forgot their own lore.
And it wouldn't be the first time.

Hmm, it seems the people at the blonde thread will finally have their wish fulfilled. And there's that Krogan squadmate. These two have been present/mentioned in every leak and in the reveal trailer, they must be very popular among the devs or important for the story. They'll probably be in the cover besides the MC.
That's not exactly news. The leak from a year ago outed all of this. I had no reason to disbelieve it, personally.

No offense man and I'm not saying this to be a d¡ck but thats bull$#it. Bioware made 3 awesome Mass Effect games. People doubted them and they were proven wrong. You shouldn't prejudge something too soon. Sure you can have an opinion but there isn't enough info on the game for.you to have doubts. The game.looks badass. I hope bioware proves you wrong too. Mass Effect is one of.the best game series of all time. It's gonna continue to stay that way. Don't be afraid of change. This still looks exactly the same **** like ME3 except you got a jetpack so it's nothing new. *sigh* I knew BW is going to royally screw this up one.

Does it mean the default face is actually a non-white guy? Dang, even if it was just the default face, Bioware has a lot of balls, more than Krogan.
