That krogan is an old model krogan, we saw they had a different design for them in andromeda. If this is an early build, it would be potentially pre-alpha. A bit disconcerting considering this is a game slated to release this holiday season.

If this wasn't a secretly-intentional leak, I'm hoping said developer doesn't get into trouble over this...
I don't think this would be intentional at all, because some of the stuff shown is clearly in an early state and they wouldn't want people to assume that it's reflective of the final quality. EA Marketing surely wouldn't want something like this getting out, they'd prefer a polished trailer or gameplay demo where 100% of the stuff was polished and controlled to make it look amazing.
As for whether anyone gets into trouble, I guess it depends on how it leaked. There's been cases in the past where people uploaded examples of their work to forums or LinkedIn etc and it got out that way. It seems like they could pretty easily identify who made this video because they're the one responsible for the jet pack, pollen effects, explosive barrels, etc.

That's pre-Alpha graphics. Right now they are just making sure everything works. Making it look pretty comes later.

So from that 3 seconds explicitly showing off the jetpack and nothing else, you've concluded that this game is exactly like ME3. Then you assume that being like ME3 is somehow a bad thing.

My thinking was, we've seen alpha footage during DAI's development and releasing this puts expectations at a certain (tempered) level... only to blow them away when they decide to show off a more polished gameplay video. Kinda the reverse of Watch Dogs... 
But I agree, it seems likely this wasn't an intentional release.

Right, I have photoshop and a lot of time on my hands, so here's a deconstruction of the HUD. It ain't much, but there are some interesting tidbits.
Given how early this build seems to be, I wonder how much of the HUD is final.

Its nothing wrong with ME3 gameplay I loved it it is one of the best game play of RPG shooter that BioWare has ever done. Its just that I just want this coming game to be better and more epic than ME3 and I don't like another ME3 rehash of a new game. That's what I was afraid of.What was wrong with ME3?
