Anyway, I was wondering at what point in the game do you get the mission to go get Zaeed at Omega? I have the DLC and the first party members but Grunt. Is it after that?

I swear this forum doesn't have a Search function....either that or it's stealth is maxed out.

Make sure you downloaded it and restarted your game. Thats all I had to do.

Zaeed is on Omega, right in front of you as you arrive. After the Batarian greets you, he'll be at the end of the hall harassing his target.
If you didn't meet him when you arrived, either go back to to the Docks and look for him or make sure you installed it correctly.
