For me, it would be:

 

• The game (obviously). Maybe with something special inside like weapons/armour/dlcs.
• Game soundtrack (love them)
• Artbook (love them)
• Some kind of separate art (map, poster or statue)
• Some kind of memorabilia like idk a keyring.

With free access to all story DLC when pre-ordering.

I don't care much about an extra gun or bonus outfit.. it's welcome, but I wouldn't buy a Collector's Edition just for that.

I also generally like digital versions, so I don't have to swap discs anymore when I'm playing multiple games.

For physical editions: Steelcase with nice artwork & an Artbook.

I want the tarot cards from DAI SO bad I just can't even.  OMG I want them.  I guess it's because I adore the artwork from DAI and to own some of it, every design, would be incredible.  That's the kind of thing that floats my boat, so for ME:A having special, beautifully designed pieces with original artwork would be awesome.

 

I don't want a journal with a symbol on the front, or lame items made from cheap plastic.  I want quality goods that feel like someone spent a lot of time making them.

Soundtrack, absolutely, I'll buy it anyway so please include it.  

Not sure about a poster though, I wouldn't put it up and it'd get dog eared super fast.   A smaller art piece instead perhaps.

 

I guess my request would be - if you're going to ask for a whole heap of money, that would end up being my Christmas present or birthday present so I could justify it, make it damn special.  

I want to stroke all the things and go oooooohhhh when I open it.  I want to give threatening looks to anyone who wants to touch any of the items and make them sign a waver promising not to scratch anything.

Well, I bought the DAI CE, and I'm still bummed.

 

I do like the art though.

 

I saw it on Youtube, and the cloth map, gaming pieces and lockpicks were a whole pile of meh.

 

But the cards, the beautiful beautiful cards....

• 200-page artbook, not a small, 30-page "artbook" like I've seen in Deus Ex: HR CE. That game deserved so much better...
• A figure, but please, no Play Arts Kai or other, poorly articulated figures. I hate these things. A small replica of our ship or a weapon would be nice too.

Those are really cool, but why racial cards are different than in game art? Everything else seems to match.

Here's what I want for the CE:

 

• Be the size of the ME2 CE, which is smaller than any other CE I have bought (and they're big)
• Cool weapons and armor that can all be acquired and not missed out on pre-orders
• Alternate appearances for all squadmates
• Cabin pets
• Lithograph Artwork

Those are really cool, but why racial cards are different than in game art? Everything else seems to match.

Yeah, it seems these are early versions of racial cards. Maybe BW's artists liked them or something. Human cards are alright, because they're quite different from the original, final version. Dwarf female is almost like the original. The rest is way too unfinished, especially male dwarf. I still like them, though, because it partially shows how these artworks were made. I'm an artist, so stuff like that is pretty valuable and educational for me.

Q. What would you be willing to pay for this?

 

I actually got the AC: Syndicate Rooks Edition (which came with the game, a map, a soundtrack and an artbook) for like £40. Although there obviously would be quite a difference for the ME:A Collector's Edition, I'll put a few hundred pounds aside for the CE version of the game for when it comes out, just to be sure.

I want something on par with the swtor CE  because that thing was fliping amazing. I still read that art book till this day.

I'm sure BW and the licensed partners will just love your money!  I'm willing to 'pony up' too, but not likely for the CE version. A part of me wants to hold off until the first software patch is released!  Lol.

I really don't have room for things that are just going to sit there collecting dust. I mean, figures are nice, but I'm not paying over a hundred for it. (Looking at you, Bioshock Infinite.) Or some things that are just cheaply made. (Looking at you, God of War 3's Pandora's Box.) Retailer exclusives are the absolute worst, especially when those things are never released again. (Looking at you, Gamestop Force Unleashed 2.)

 

Just gimme some cool in game items and I'm happy.

 

And release this stuff later on to *everyone.* (Looking at you, Bioware.)

- making off documentary on disc about game direction/commentary, e.g similar to the one Naughty Dog did on TLOU.

Given the deluxe edition, we can probably expect some sort of ingame skin / weapon too. But that's about what id consider the extra price for.
