Hello! Can i play in Dragon Age Inquistion after DLC Trespasser?

Only from a previous save. The DLC has a definite end, you are taken to the main menu once the DLC is completed. I suggest completing everything you want before you start, and be sure to save so you can go back if you want.

The Trespasser mission warns you that you will not be able to continue with anything else (and will not even be able to return to Skyhold) once you begin.
Your current inventory, gold, and Storage Chest do accompany you to the Winter Palace.
