Yes.

 

You can even go with the "evil" option and make him serve (as a slave) the inquisition, and he'll still be available to you. (I'm starting to see why there are so many fanfics with Blackwall as a sub to the dom inquisitor. LOL)

Y&es because it's up to the Inquisitor as to when they'er done with him. His servivice to the wardens dosen't kick in until his service to the Inquisition is finished.
