Again, like I said before, this was from a cached version of a website of a VFX developer from 2013 who was working on Mass Effect Andromeda.

Give me more to go on before I throw it out the airlock!

If that is from 2005, then does that mean the guy this came from has been on the team for near 10 years?

It's not in that archive boss

I'm just recapitulating what people are saying on the reddit link I provided, brah. I'm too lazy to debunk it as thoroughly as other people can.

Truth is, people railed against this leak pretty much immediately, unlike the other one. If it is legit, it doesn't tell us much, except that some sort of relay will be in Andromeda which we already more or less knew because of the very first batch of concept art that was released.

EDIT: Another user has commented on how the software used to create that is from 2005. I'm not in the gaming industry, so I cant comment on the veracity of that. But it is more potential evidence refuting this.

Nerdleaks just confirmed that they found this same video cached from 2010 from archive.org.

Sorry OP, but I think this has now been thoroughly and completely debunked.

I really liked the relay concept art they had in the ME1 art book, the cracked sphere with the light shining through the cracks.

Tried to find a picture online and couldn't but it looked cool.

Although this is totally fake, I think it would be cool if the Andromeda galaxy had it's own relays that had a slightly different design. Why not resurrect one of the early relay concepts?

                                                                                       <<<<<<<<<<(0)>>>>>>>>>>

The first teaser video shows the use of a radical different tech navigation system for interstellar hopping.... so no relays.

Don't worry.  There is no need for any relays to make it a Mass Effect game.

Where? All it showed was a ship using conventional FTL.

You're welcome. And yeah, it does look pretty cool.

I bet it would look even better if animated and we see all the metal parts shifting around like it looks to be the case.

I believe he was taking the trailer literally with regards to the speed of FTL.

Which is a huge mistake, I think. It would be a pretty anticlimactic trailer if the guy selects a destination, the ship jumps to FTL and then he goes back to his room to sleep for the remainder of the trip.

Nope. It actually is good for pacing and eliminates the boring and repetitive cinematics.  If the teaser video shows actual in game star travel, then it's way better than the trilogy tech. Whether it's FTL, Worm Holes as in Stargate  or Spatial Rifts, who cares.

The idea is to simplify star travel navigation and the teaser showed us an excellent mechanic....

1.- Select a destination

2.- punch it to get there

3.- we orbit the planet

Simple and effective.  Relays are unnecessary. Remember that Andromeda is all about action in the Helius cluster and not the whole Andromeda galaxy.

This Relay reminds me of the arms on the back of the (supposed) Ark ship from the N7 Day 2015 trailer.

I don't know for sure if this leak is legit, but I can totally picture the arms spinning & then the ship being launched forward. I think the ship will have some kind of tech to make these jumps on it's own (without having to rely on the ME Trilogy Mass Relays), because I personally don't think there will be any of those in the Andromeda galaxy.

I'd be really mad if they had reapers and mass relays in Andromeda. I would presume the Leviathans and their machines stayed within the Milky Way. It's a big enough territory dammit. It's not Star Wars.

Again, you are making a mistake by taking an extremely early trailer literally. Look at ME1s trailer, if you took that literally, Noveria should have been bombed in the game and we should have gone to Caleston instead. But nooooope, didnt happen, did it?

If you take this Andromeda trailer literally, you might as well assume that not only is the FTL an accurate depiction, but the character is also a Johnny Cash fan. That's stupid, you say? It's the same argument you are making, basically. It has no foundation. Wait til E3.
