My HoF would be apathetic.

Searching for a cure to the calling seems right for my Warden as well. As a bit of background: He romanced Morrigan, performed the ritual, asked for a title and was named Chancellor of Ferelden along with being Warden Commander. With King Alistair marrying Anora. (lots to do) He would have been somewhat active in the politics and rebuilding of Ferelden following the blight, while his scouts were out looking for Morrigan. As Alistair took a more active role as king, Warden Commander Ferris (my warden) could focus more on Warden business in Amaranthine. Around that time reports about Morrigan came in and so he went after her, disappearing with her into the Eluvian. So Ferelden was down 1 Chancellor, and a Warden Commander. (And apparently 1 King for a short time, while he was on his own adventures... Couldn't help me in Amaranthine, but you have plenty of time for that?!)
When he realized the calling would eventually take him, and his dear friend the King, he found purpose in searching for a cure. With the Mage v Templar war just getting started, getting around would have been a bit difficult. He then contacted one of his siblings who had made a name for themselves as a trusted ally of Viscount Ravi in the free marches. He was willing to house Morrigan, and happened to know a ship Captain Who was "good friends" with their Cousin and could grant them safe passage. Here is where they split, as Ferris heads first to Weisshaupt for the start of his research, and Morrigan spends a bit of time in the Free Marches before she uses a few of the old Chancellor's contacts to make her way to Orlais, where she found herself a position in court as an arcane adviser. Last he heard, she had been researching her own project involving glass to some capacity and was making plans to head to Serault.
As much as he would have loved to help the Inquisition, the issue with a bunch of wardens hearing the calling all at once really put the pressure on for him to continue his research. Side Note: in my head canon, Alistair is so lenient with mages because his fellow Warden and best friend is a mage. Or at the very least it's a bit more of a driving force to his leniency, aside from his own compassion.
My Warden would be asking for a refill as his tankard is empty!
Having sex with Morrigan
Wait, can someone help explain this to me? So my female Warden (human noble) and Alistair became king & queen. As of DA2 they were still happily married, ruling the land together.
But how does this work out with their whole being a Warden thing? I mean they are both Wardens, shouldn't they be dead like... by the third game? (You know, from the darkspwan taint?) Alistair even mentioned in the first game that Wardens don't live long because of that... and does anyone know if there's a 'continuation' of the story regarding
I feel like I've skipped important things I should be reading in DAI...
Or I've missed a few DLCs...
I REAAALLLLYYYY want a game where we play as the Warden again - combating the calling
With Ohgren and Zevran by his side (or her).
Even if some peoples Warden died, they could use the Warden Commander from Awakenings.
(Morrigan / Leliana / Alistair could join up half way through if romanced or at least make significant appearances)
They could even do something crazy - like give us a darkspawn companion!

Only 12 years have passed between DAO (which is set in 9:30 Dragon) and DAI (9:42 Dragon). The expiration date on a Grey Warden is 20-30 years.
Dead it was 7 years ago. no one cares

Well that explains it. Thanks.

Let's see,
Maeza Aeducan: The war against the blight isn't over, the darkspawn still hold most of the deeproads, she'd be trying to gather enough influence to lead an army and start reclaiming Thaigs.
Ilsa Tabris: Being Warden Commander, possibly climbing the ladder further, Alistair at her side. Pointing out to supreme stupidity of Warden Commander Clarel's plan and ordering the Ferelden wardens not to join the Orlaision ones in this. Given the ominous sounds of things over there, possibly having to go all the way to Weisshaipt to sort **** out.
Joseph Cousland: Either ruling Ferelden and sending people out to find a cure, or searching for the cure himself so he can then come back to continue to rule Ferelden.
Mysa Amell: Dead
Jheira Mahariel: She would have finally been driven away from the Wardens by Clarel's nonsense and probably have joined the Inquisition.

Governing Amaranthine with an iron fist and doing scholarly research on darkspawn, possibly to take advantage of the taint in order to not die of old age, like Cory.
I suggest your Wardens get away from Cory with all haste if they want to live without being Cory themselves or by being possessed. This is why my wardens are doing stuff away from Ferelden and Orlais right now - they'll be less likely to be possessed as of late...
I know, but this is about what my Wardens would do, not about what would be safest/most sensible for them.

So most of your wardens would be taken over by Cory due to their goodwill? LOL! *then again her Amell would too, if she had a say in the matter*
Yup
So Mysa got the last laugh in the end. ![]()

Basically living out The Rise of Thadland in Orlais with Leliana.
My Tabris would be working on the cure for the taint (if the HOF hasn't canonically found it?). Taking care of friends and family (the Denerim alienage being potentially all but deserted now, for example), etc. Also working as an open double-agent for his love Leliana and Solas, at the same time. Wade's a complicated man.
