My Warden Nero Cousland would have been ruling with his wife, Queen Anora, in Ferelden. He would also be corresponding with his true love Morrigan to bring their son Kieran to Denerim, and she herself to live with him as his openly known mistress. He also would have been directly involved with the Mage vs Templar war with Ferelden troops ready to kick both sides asses. B)

He would have befriended the Knight Enchanter Inquisitor, Thalisan Trevelyan, and aided him in his quest to seal the breach and kick Corypheus ass. He would have gave Trevelyan advice on the Wardens at Adamant by counseling him to give the charges of them to his bestfriend Alistair( Even tho knowing his buddy doesn't like to lead :P ).

Two years later, after the defeat of Corypheus, the friendly relationship between King Cousland and Inquisitor Trevelyan would have gone a little rocky, due to Inquisition forces still holding key forts within Ferelden. King Cousland would let Queen Anora deal with this matter as she saw best, due to not wanting to ruin further the relationship between him and the Inquisitor. It would also be around this time he would try to get his wife pregnant with an heir to the throne before leaving to look for the cure to the Calling.

The same way Black Whirlwind ended up on the western border of the Empire after living it from the East: by continuously walking in the same direction.

My Mage Warden would stayed away from Adamant or fighting Corypheus directly.

This is because they'd have done their homework first and found out from the Vimmark Prison records that Warden Mages are particularly vulnerable to him, coupled with it being an idiotic move to risk being possessed if he died in proximity to them, like Larius/Janeka was.

So they'd have to advise from the sidelines, fight enemies that cannot enthrall Wardens and look into other means to take him out. Also since they spared the Architect, they'd look into whether the two were related and make it a priority to track his whereabouts. The Architect might provide some answers, while also letting the Warden re-evaluate their earlier threat-assessment when it came to them, as to whether they should continue their detente with the Architect and the Awakened Darkspawn in the future?

(Yeah, I played the Warden as a calculating and tactical bookworm)

Hmmmm...my warrior Cousland would back up Lelianna, keep an eye of King Alistair, stay away from Corypheus (if he figures out the Wardens problems with the Elder One, protect his family and battle the taint.

My Warden would be way up north somewhere....up there in Skellige, or something. She'd be in a cozy chateau with Alistair; drinking hot Totties, and making love all day long.

And sending all calls from the Inquisition directly to voicemail.

**i did not know the Joining was created in Tevinter. interesting since we're heading that way next game.

**another good point i'd never thought about was from @KaiserShep about what would happen with the darkspawn if there were no old god Archdemons calling to them. The darkspawn would be rampant.  although, we might have a better chance of seriously thinning their numbers if they're not hidden away for centuries...breeding...and..whatnot. Doing Darkspawn-y things as they are wont to do.

What is that make you think that the old gods call the darkpsawns?

Anyway since i was unsure i had to kill the soul of the beast in DAO there was no other way to make Thedas more safe

I remember the only obstacles i had in that game where Alistair,Loghain and Morrigan but somehow i managed to get rid of them.

What they chose actually worked out pretty well for my first/'canon' Warden. He would've wanted to try to end the Blights and cure the taint, if possible, so going off on some mission to do that was fine. However, he would probably also have tried to help out against Corypheus more, and he would definitely have been interested in all the stuff going on with the Fade.

for my warden i think trying to find a cure for the calling and keeping up with general warden stuff would be something she would want to be doing. prob would of shown up to the warden stuff in inquisition and also regularly visit leliana. she would also look into things going on with the elves and send some things their way for support. she is dalish.

It's been established that the call of the Old Gods draws Darkspawn to them like a magnet, which is how the 'spawn are always able to locate the prisons that contain the sleeping Old Gods and corrupt them into Archdemons.

The same reason is why all Grey Wardens are eventually drawn to the Deep Roads, when the progression of the corruption in their system causes them to hear the Calling and drives them to want to seek it out. The Wardens were also able to pinpoint the locations of the Old God prisons via these means. The codex from the Western Approach reveals proximity to an Old God also causes Wardens to not only to start hearing the Calling in their heads, but as an actual audible song.

What makes the Architect (and perhaps Corypheus) different is that he cannot hear the Calling, as the bond has somehow been severed.

That can be equally interpreted as the prisons of the old gods perform the calling rather than the old gods themselves.

It's mentioned in an extract from Kardol in World of Thedas Vol 2 that being in the prison does have a weird vibe to it, so it's possible that if the prison is the source of the Calling, he'd have felt it and not heard it because he'd not tainted.

However the idea the Old Gods somehow generate it seems to be backed up with how the Darkspawn are drawn to the Archdemon rather than looking for more Old Gods during the Blights, as well as how the Grey Wardens are capable of using that same connection to try to figure out where the Archdemon is leading the horde by "listening" in, which Riordan (unsuccessfully) tried to do in Origins.

The Archdemons  use the taint as an hive mind to speak to those who are tainted is not even the calling anymore at that point.

The calling that the GW hear may  be the underground shackles used to force the old gods to sleep and keep them into imprisonment basically a magical hypnosis.

Louisette Cousland:

- Stayed by Alistair's side as his queen, with the occasional short excursion away for political business.

- Actively involved in Ferelden politics.

-Doing the jobs that are Alistair's weaknesses

- Would have been in Alexius' face when he displaced Arl Teagan.

- Would have organized Ferelden military to protect the Hinterlands and other areas with mage-templar fighting

- Would not help rebuild the wardens after what happens at Adamant

Crysantha Surana

- I could actually see her actively looking for a cure for the taint, she was with Zevran and the two basically ended up living for each other. She wouldn't want to die prematurely leaving Zevran alone.

   - The big difference is that Zevran would have been with her instead of doing his own thing.

- Spokesperson for elf and mage rights, would have supported the mages in the war

- Would have helped the wardens rebuild after what happened at Adamant

What's an "Evil Sim"?

Wait... is it safe to ask? Or is it too... EVIL!?!?

Lawl, more like kind of dumb, but fun, since she gets to do the evil laugh animations in Sims4. I have fun with her. My Neria Surana is kind of a worst case scenario Warden. Completely out for herself, blood mage, not particularly concerned with people's feelings. Saved Loghain, made Alistair and Anora co-rulers, did the dark ritual, and all. Her best friends are Sten, Shale, and Dog. Zevran loves her, but is slightly frightened of her.
