Does anyone know where to find the earlier version of the channeled staff? Its wiki page is here: http://dragonage.wik...Channeled_Staff

Supposedly it is found "via quest in act 2," but it didn't say which quest. Does anyone know how to get it? It's basically the perfect staff for how I'm building Merrill in this run.
