Does anyone here know how to contact the neverwinter vault? I have forgotten my password but when I request a new one it says they have sent the intructions to my mail but I don't receive anything. I want to vote for my ccc entry....

You have both checked your spam folder/filters and not changed your email since you signed up for the vault haven't you? (Just eliminating the easy stuff first). If that hasn't solved it try pm'ing Turkeys on here.

I second the request...I had and continue to have the same problem. Tried a few times and get the "E-mail has been sent", but never receive one.

Apparently some lists have us blacklisted and our emails do not even reach your inboxes (or spam folders)

Please PM me your account names, i will send new password to the email that you registered with.

I sent you an e-mail to the one registered for the account the other day, after noticing in the logs you were having difficulty getting logged in. This e-mail was sent from my personal account, and not through NWVault. The subject was - NWVault Account Issues, sent to gmx e-mail account. Never heard back from ya.
