MP combat mechanics inconsistency

It just popped from my subconscious to awareness what wast bothering me when playing ME3MP, for the past few  months. And, it's this: Different combat classes have the same Power mapped to a different key/mouse button.

For example, the Adept Class

Asari Adept = Biotic Sphere     -- Reave  = Drell Adept  = Mouse button 1

                       Reave               -- Pull                             = Mouse button 2

Pull                   -- Cluster Grenade         = Mouse Button 3

N7 Fury      = Throw                -- Stasis   =  Asari Adept = Mouse button 1

                   = Annihilation fld   -- Warp                            = Mouse button 2

                   = Dark Channel    -- Throw                           = Mouse button 3

There are other classes that fall into this inconsistency... the Vanguard , where the Human, Drell, Asari and Krogan have Biotic Charge mapped to mouse button 1 while the n7 slayer has it mapped to mouse button 2 ( or numeric keyboard 1 and 2).

My point here, is that I play a class for long period of time and my thumb develops muscle memory. When I do switch to another class, I sometimes get into trouble because my thumb reacts to muscle memory.

To @Bioware

With ME:A, please try to be consistent when assigning buttons to the same Power. It would certainly improve my game, but I also suspect others would benefit as well.

Guys, what do you think?

Edit: Do console users run into the same problem?

All that just popped up from your subconscious, huh?

Easy fix, buy a console. Like a real man.

LOL,

That would make ME3 a very expensive game indeed!

This sounds like an awfully personal problem.

I'm starting to read your posts in a krogan's voice. It's working. It's working!

I wonder if Bioware will do the omni-button again, & include the jetpacks on the omni button. sos we can sprint, interact, take cover, AND jetpack at the same time. :3

Me personally I think ME3 combat system is superb but it needs tweaking

-Destructive environments
-Gunsmith system to customize, modify, and upgrade your weapons however you want.
-Overhaul tech and biotics to be more destructive.
-Stealth mechanics
-Space Dogfights, combat with the Mako, and capable of calling air support, orbital strike, and artillery.
- Some idealistic ways to improve combat mechs to be more fun and pack more firepower. Have it set up to be better than Fallout 4's power armor.
