Yes, there is a Hunter's Housing system which allows that. I can't seem to locate it on the Vault, but maybe someone who is better at searching there can locate and find it for you (or you can find it yourself). We've used it as a base for our housing system in Thay and it is one of our most popular features due to the amount of control it gives players in decorating their own in-game building.
