Heyya everybody. Just wanted to poke my head in here and introduce myself. At this point in the game I am looking to find more mathematical information as to damage taken/dealt with or without abilities and combos/strategy, and am certainly learning a little more every day.
First off, Sophloph happens to be my wife's PS3 handle that I used to casually play DAIMP around the time it came out. Played for maybe 1.5 months, then work life got busy(I own a small business in NJ.) So while the name may be quite feminine, perhaps it also gives me the advantage of being treated nicer!
Moved this account to the PS4 because I didn't want to lose my 10-15 consitution/willpower promotions(didn't know diddly squat about stats and effect at the time) and have to repeat those. Other than the obvious glitches, I am really enjoying the loading speeds and smoother play on PS4, which I got around Christmas time.
Some of your names I am familiar with, and others I hope to meet in game, though I only play around 5am-6:30am eastern time(when my cats wake me up and no one is awake in the house) and 10pm-midnight once all the daddy stuff and dinner stuff is done. Even with my meager stats which are about 38 con, 28 wp, and 21 cun, I have been able to get by especially lvls 15+ in all perilous matches and survive or at least contribute in NM dragon matches with the aide of some skillful players and careful play.
So even though at an early stage I am feeling the plateau in gear, I think this is a kickass game with great re-playability and the multiplayer- as bugged and limited as it is- is tons of fun.
