The geth have been abused by bioware, they have been forgiven by the player but yet the destroy ending confirms biowares hatred for the geth, Bioware does not want the suit rats and geth to live in peace, Bioware owes the geth for all the manipulation. The weaker suit rats are favored by the writers.

This is one of the way BioWare want you to choose Synthesize, or at least Control. It's either Shepard lives at the cost of people's lives (especially EDI) or he died as a savior to a lot of species, Synthetics or Organics. Not only the Geth, we all deserve a Better Goodbye. I liked how ME1 ending will always be the same, Saren is defeated and Sovereign is destroyed. All of our options and actions didn't alter the ending, just some minor changes and small talk when you passed by people. But they decide to make multiple ending. That worked on ME2, but ME3 deserve one true ending, and our choices only affect the minor things (like who survived and who don't, etc.), but no, BioWare decide to create three ending and want us to sacrifice. The ending itself is okay, really. I just not satisfied and here is a lot of questions and hole on it.

You should recycle your batteries rather than desecrate our environment with the chemicals inside them. There should have been a "rewrite/reprogam" ending option for the Reapers as well. The idea that they would need a "human god" to control them on an ongoing basis is just ludicrous.

besides, you're wrong. Biower hates quarians much more, which is why we got that stupid Morning War propaganda film in the toaster tetris mission, but for some reason we didn't get to see the part with toasters eviscerating orphans and stomping on babbies. It's also why we can and are indeed encouraged to assist in selling a quarian into slavery, and later all quarians into slavery to their own toasters (propagandized as "making peace"), but we can't likewise put the geth back in their rightful place of servitude.
