I saw someone mentioned a build using kitty's collar...I'd very much like to hear one as I want to use it on reaver...or another playthrough

I outlined my Kitty's Collar IB build in that thread. I loooooove using Kitty's Collar on my reaver(s). You'll see why for yourself when you play it. haha
