I would like to get some faces for ME2.....

Sorry for asking twice- I asked a similar question before but I still don't get it.

So I go on ME2faces.... and take the first one, Trinity Shepard. Let's just say I would like this face....

But..... please, someone explain in detail how to get this to work.

I've made a new char....

How can I do four things:

1. Change the creation code to the one shown, which is 733.BFA.I18.W1I.GW7.11G.LFI.681.WC1.614.8G5.356

2. In the description 3 things are listed, the first is headmorph...

So I opened up gibbed to try and install the HM... but Gibbed can't use the "me3" headmorph.

And I was told in my previous question that Me3 headmorphs should work.

Especially because this website is called Mass effect 2 faces.

3. Just look at the link...... it says for Me3 all over the page.......... :l

I honestly don't even know what all this means EVEN if I try it.

Does this one seriously work?

4. Ok here, I follow directions.... and PCConsoleTOC.bin doesn't even exist.....

Also in the file name it says ME3, and the picture is obviously ME3. I know it's an ME2 website but you're trying to use one for the third game.

Never installed a headmorph ever, but it does say ME3 quite a lot in the names of things for Trinity Shepard.

Why are you using ME3 headmorphs for ME2? Of course that never work.

There's two version of Gibbed. One for ME2 and one for ME3.

I never tried, but I doubt you can use an ME3 headmorph with ME2.  I have only done it with the appropriate gibbed version (ME2 or ME3) within the same game (so ME3 to ME3 or ME2 to ME2).

The face codes are only vaguely similar from what I recall.

http://mass-effect-2...esofgaming.com/  however that site has changed a lot since I was last there but just googling ME2 facecodes still comes up with a bunch of sites.

Now if you know the face code already then what you can do it create a new character with that face and once you are free to save the game do so and exit.  Start up Gibbed and open that characters save and export the headmorph.  Then open the save you want to change and import that file.  Just a reminder but if you do find one online and want to use it, make sure you check to see if any mods are used cause it won't work as pictured if you don't have the mods as well and most headmorphs I have found and wanted come with mods.

The only times I ever used it, I was just copying one of my characters to another character.

Check the format of your download. ".me2headmorph" is for ME2's Gibbed and ".me3headmorph" is for ME3's Gibbed. But there's no guarantee that your headmorph would look the same especially when the person use a lot of mod (as evident with most faces of gaming sites). Like for my current Shepard I'm using, the modded hair require me to choose the last hairstyle in the set.
