 So I was tired, and decided to use my iPhone to get my Terminus armor and Blackstorm Heavy Weapon, and the browser on the phone will not download the DLC. Since I redeemed the code, it will not let me redeem the code on my desktop. Am I just SOL or is there a work around?

You should be able to go into your registered game promotions (under profile) and click the download button for these items, if they have been attached to this account.
