Winter stillness is in theory a very useful passive. In practice however, it suffers from being interrupted by a wide array of spells - basically any spell that makes you move even the slightest bit by its animation. While reasonable for fade step, I found it surprising that many more spells have this effect due to minimal steps forward in their casting animation:
- Energy Barrage (seen myself)
- Fire Mine (seen myself)
- Ice Mine (reddit)
- Blizzard (reddit)
Is there any mod that changes this?
I know there is the mod Tweaks for faster mana regen, but it goes quite a lot farther, going well into the cheat'ish regime.
