So I cleared my cache, disconnected from wifi, drew my weapon, and talked to a fetch quest NPC the instant I put my weapon away...and it didn't work. Now I don't even know how to reinstall the updates, and I can't use the glitch. Could anyone help?
And before you start judging, I'm just trying to breeze through for a save file to use in Inquisition.

a. Why not just use the Command Console?
runscript addxp [X]

b. There's no such thing as a "Save file for Inquistion". DAI uses the Dragon Age Keep to import a world-state, not a saved game. You create the one you want in the Keep, then set it for export to DAI. If that's the only reason you're re-playing DA2, don't bother.
