I started playing dragon age again after a while. After starting the game I find out the load button was kind of grayed out. I couldn't click on it so i tried starting a new game. So I did and tried loading my old save file via the new one. Well guess what? Nothing there!! If anyone knows how to ge my old files to my PS4 again I would be so happy.

When i log in on the dragonagekeep I can see i got three characters but I can only load one logging in to my PS4.

Sorry for bad English!

Wait, are you saying that the new save doesn't appear either? well, if so, I'm afraid that you'll likely have to delete the game and reinstall it.

The game i just started with a new inquisitor can be loaded, not my old inquisitor. I can't change my character to the old one either.

On my xbox one I found that doing a "hard" re-boot worked. Basically I unplugged the system after shutting it off then plugged it back in. Problem solved. (Granted that was prior to realizing this was game three in a series...now playing through the first two).

First of all, the load menu doesn't show every saved file at the time but the ones that belong to a character, there is a button to switch character, is it shadowed? if it is, then try to reboot your system, if it still doesn't work, check on the memory (I don't have a PS4, but all the consoles I know can show you the files they have and in some cases if it is damaged) If nothing works, I think you'll have to resign, recover a file lost in a hard disk it's not impossible, but is an expensive process and Sony wouldn't cover it.
