Since the leaked gameplay some people thought that the PC would be able to get tattoos on the face. My question is: what about the rest of the body? Sure, you wouldn't see the tattoos with all the clothes and armor, but think about it, am I the only one that would like to have, for example, the tattoo that Jack gave Shepard in their romance as a little nod to the original trilogy?

For those of you that have played MGSV: think about the Diamond Dogs logo; there are a lot, and I mean A LOT of words, symbols and the like

I'd prefer scars to be back. They give more personality than tattoos. But tats are cool too

Sure did miss my Shep's smexy scar in me1, just wasn't the same with terminator Shep in me2 :/

Both of those options would be good. I do see the idea of your character have a story with each scare or tattoos. Since most cut scenes will focus on the MC's face will should have some option but since it is a character in the military. Which tend to not like people to have face tattoos but scares are fine in most cases or at least that what I figure since in ME 1,2,3 didn’t have face tattoos but we had some scare options.

Got two cheetah's on my shoulder, a momma cheetah and cub but it's a big sis little sis for me. it's a remembrance for my older sis. Still need to go back when it's healed to have some text and a border put on.

Cool. Plenty of meaning behind it, best tatts tbh. Hated the healing process, so damn itchy!  Didn't mind the pain tho.

When can you actually see your tattoo? You wear clothes most of the time throughout the game and cover head to toes during space mission. The only chance where you get to see your tattoo would be during the sex scene, but would it really be worth development time to make different variety of tattoo for just that one sex scene where you can see all the tattoos?

Facial tattoos could be visible a good amount of the time depending on the player's decision regarding wearing helmets and barring hazardous enviroments. Arm tattoos could be visible off-duty while wearing casual clothing though I do not think they'd do arm tattoos. Facial tattoos, however, I see as a very possible option.

 

I support the suggestion for facial tattoos... and scars... and freckles.

N7 tattoo. I like that idea. Maybe the pathfinder or alliance logo. There are plenty of possibilities. Also I would dig scars.

Ohh, this I want especially since I've seen what I can do with the option in Fallout 4. More options to make the characters' faces more visually interesting is also almost always something I am in favor of.

I support the idea, I am all for more customization in character creation.  That being said I do not think I would use it at all. Not a fan of tattoos on my characters. The only character I can think of that I made with tattoos was my half Hispanic half Irish Saints Row 2 character.

I've got scars on my right hand from glass being propelled a few dozen meters per second...their these little pock marked thin lines.

I like tattoo's. I have them on my arms and legs. I would never get one for my face or for the main character. If we're in the military, it wouldn't fit. But then again the military according to BioWare is what ever they want it to be.

 

If my main character has or can have tattoos on the arms, they can be seen in between missions on the ship if he/she is wearing a t-shirt. Would be curious to see what designs BioWare would have if tattoos were in the game for the player to choose.

If the helmet really was a problem, maybe they could bring back the toggle for the helmet mechanic where we could have it off during conversations.

I want body tattoos and body customization. I don't just want face tattoos, in the ME universe I think they'd be a little ridiculous especially if you're not a gang member or something. I'd also like to see piercings. EAware really should look at Fallout 4 for customization ideas. Their customization was almost flawless.
