After the Lord Nasher's rescue mission,none of them follows or attacks anymore...this is quite a headache  Any suggestions is welcomed,thanks.

Was there any point at which you told them to stand their ground?  They'll generally follow the last order given by whoever is currently in charge.  It seems to me that when I switch lead characters, they may revert to whatever I told them when I last controlled that character, even if I told them something else when I was controlling a different character.  In any case, have you told them to Attack Nearest recently, using the voice menu?

Also check, in case you've switched-off the AI.

Press V & then W & drag Guard Me down to your quick bar.

No,it's neither the AI problem or stand their ground...but I'll try olnorton's later,thanks for all the help...I haven't been playing it for a week just because this bug or whatever.

Does your created character follow you if you're controlling one of the companions?

Look the behavior in the character menu. You need to choose “follow me” and “guard me”. Then your companions will follow and fight for you.
