As much as I enjoyed a good story and characters the combat system is downright terrible, I mean the fighting animations are poorly made @ Origins and Inquisition, therefore it's slow and tedious to play a warrior and rogue. You guys have to revamp the combat system to be enjoyable and to make it more fun, and if I were you guys I'll introduce motion capture to improve fighting movements for warrior and rogue effectively. I'll start recruiting talented combat designers and research various swordsmanship styles and H2H Combat to make Dragon Age Combat fresh. Here's some suggestions of what I want for DA4

-Learn from For Honor (you can find it @ DA Twitter Thread or YouTube) for motion capturing fighting animations for melee weapons, dodging, blocking, parrying, and finishing moves for warrior class.

-Revamp the rogue class from DA2 and look up Ninja Assassin for Assassin Specialization.

-Have a warrior class capable of throwing battleaxes, claymores, and spears as ranged weapons.

-Make combat dynamic, fluid, and fast pace.

Well that's it for today! If you have any suggestions and ideas feel free to reply! And thanks for hearing me out! :)

If you're still clamoring for DA to play more like Assassin's Creed and God of War, then I'm still pretty sure you're unable to grasp the notion of different gameplay genres (or the existence of different preferences, for that matter).

What I meant by those two games so they can learn from for combat design, not copying them to be like those games. They can learn from AC to improve rogue class to be quick @ dodging, blocking, and deadly with blade. Hey they can learn from the Hobbit by looking @ Legolas and Tauriel the way the move and fight for rogue class as well, and the Dwarves' fighting style so they can freshen the warrior class. They can learn from God of War how to make their visual aesthetics to give DA more epic feeling for players to be an awe, and to introduce brutality of fighting your opponents and intense violence.
