How do I connect my Xbox gamertag to my Bioware account? This is what I want to know as well. Does anyone have an answer?

The instructions are great. the problem I have is everytime I try to add my gamertag as a persona I get this message "System Error. Please try again later.".



That has been happening for two days now. I haven't been able to play the game because I am afraid it will screw up my redemption if this link is not made first. Jeff or anyone can you help here?

yeah says my gamertag is already taken for me too. why couldnt they just make it so you reedemed the code off the xbox dashboard instead of this process every one seems to have trouble with?

It won't work if you've ever linked the gamertag to another EA account. That's where EA Support needs to get in the picture to resolve things.

I finally figured out the problems I was having with my ea.com/Bioware id. I have three bioware accounts set up (wolfpack75, Opswolf75, Darnell75) and redeemed my code on one that isn't linked to my xbox live account. Is there anyway I can PM someone and get the accounts merged or deleted and get my terminus armor redemption on the right account (Darnell75)?

EA support should be able to transfer entitlements between accounts. I recommend live chat or direct phone call.

ok, i'm also having problem... but i agree redeeming the codes on the xbox dashboard is easier and we all know how to do that

I haven't the faintest clue, to be frank. I have never personally needed to contact them. I would not be surprised if there are regional call centres, though (incidentally, have you looked in the manual?).

I think I've messed up pretty bad. I put the wrong email address in when I tried to acces the Cerberus Network for the first time and it won't let me change it. I've already typed in the code on this website because that's what it said to do on the card, and now it's asking me to put in the code which is already registered as used. Help please.

Yes it does. I've also linked my gamertag to my EA account, but it only seems to recognize the link on the computer and not the Xbox. There has to be some way to fix a simple mistake like putting the wrong email address, I mean, no way they would be that cheap. When I start up the game and try to access the Cerberus Network and the only options I have are to enter the code (which I have used already) or to purchase it for 1200 Microsoft points. I made my gamertag with an email account that I hardly use any more, so as a habit I put in the email address I use now. I could just kick myself right now.

You need to have your Gamertag moved from the old e-mail address to the new one. EA live support should be able to do this for you.

I'm having the exact same problem as KalaMorganus, I want everything moved to this account because i'm no longer using the account that is logged for Dragon age, so when I play the game it is still the old account, which i can't change on here or the game. Also I have no idea how to contact EA live support.
