Ok i have two questions
1. After i completed Miranda and Jack's personal missons that got into a fight and i took Miranda's side but now Jack isn't loyal s there a way to make her loyal again.
2. When i took on Thane's mission i let the guy slip cause i lost track of him and now it seems there is no way to get him loyal.
If any one could help it would be great. Thanks for anyone who bothers to try and help me.

With than's mission you can reload the last mission you did. Just press the start button and click load and you should see a mission save with your auto save and other saves you did.

That's the thing with ME2, it's supposed to stress that your actions do indeed have consequences. The best remedy for Jack is to redo her mission, gain enough PARAGON points, and always choose the blue option when it comes between Miranda and Jack, it appeases both of them. But it seems you are too late, as you also did Thane's mission.

Try just talking to Jack, maybe there is something you can do the players do not know yet. It did just come out 3 days ago.

P.S. I can not stress enough that it is of dire importance to take some time off between each mission and talk to your entire crew. Always try to get them to open up, it really helps, and their stories are very interesting. Maybe that's another way to gain their loyalty.

I used the Renegade option to deal with their spat...worked out Ok for everyone in the end

Just to mess around, I told Miranda to back off. Then talked to her afterwards, and got another Paragon option to convince her to be cool.
