Does anyone know where they are, assuming they can be edited?

 

It never made sense to me that you had to deplete a whole planet of its platinum just to make pistols slightly stronger for a dozen people. Plus, the planet scanning mini-game is tedious, especially after a dozen ME2 playthroughs.

 

I know I can unlock upgrades or give myself resources with console commands - it's what I am doing now - but it would be nice to be able to get all upgrades & equipment just with the ressources gathered on the field.

 

Any help is appreciated!

I know you can edit your game save to give yourself more resources. You may also be able to edit the game save to give yourself upgrades.
