I will preorder the game
Why? Replay value. All the BioWare games that I've played have replay value. That's number one for me. I don't see that changing. Plus I'm curious what the story will be and where it takes place. Looking forward to the next DA game. For now, I'm looking forward to Andromeda

Whether I buy the next game is completely dependant on whether the Inquisitor returns.

Not until it gets really cheap. I preordered this (DAI), but never again.

I'll wait to decide that when there is actually a DA4 announcement and we get some information on the game.

Don't you worry. Tevinter elves will have mustaches.

Eventually, but probably not at launch. I would preorder it only if they went back to the Origins (pun intended) and added an unvoiced option for the protagonist. Mostly bacause i would take that as a signal that they (finally) went back to the formula that made DA:O so great (the RPG aspect of it)

I'm definitely going to buy it because I love the franchise.

Yes, I will buy the game. I don't read reviews or watch Lets Plays before buying a game. I don't intend to do that for DA:4 either.
However. If I am disappointed in the game, that will be the last Dragon Age game I purchase. I pre-ordered DA:I and was horribly disappointed in what I got for my money. If I feel in anyway the same way about DA:4 as I did with DA:I, that is it. Just like Call of Duty, I will not go back to it even if it is apparent they have changed the formula.

I will preorder it, like I have every other Bioware game. After Trespasser, nothing is going to keep me from playing the next Dragon Age game immediately after it comes out.

Indeed same with me I'm lookling forward to MEA for now but as you say the fact that Bioware's games have a high replayability factor to them is one of the main reasons why I love their games and for me DAI certainly continued that trend. I've done 6 playthrough's so far of DAI but I have another 3 planned haven't started them yet as I'm doing another run of the ME trilogy atm and I also need to set up a history through DAO and DA2 first for number 7.

I've thoroughly enjoyed all 3 games so far, sure there are some frustrating aspects to all of them but overall I love the series. There's also huge replay value there for me, so I'm definitely buying it.
I think we all have those frustrating aspects of the games i think it would be impossible to not have them at all.

I'd buy it but I wouldn't pre-order. Mostly because I'm a very casual gamer and I prefer if others already played through the game and there's some information about it online. So I’d probably buy it a year after release.

Don't get me wrong, i've probably played DA2 just as many times and DA:O even more, but Inquisition? Do you go straight through the mainstory or actually do everything, or most of everything, in each playthrough?

Going on current evidence: I will pre-order the fanciest, most expensive edition available the day it becomes possible. On release day, will be standing outside my local game shop at nine in the morning with a coffee in one hand and a Danish in the other, waiting impatiently for them to roll up the metal blind so I can GET MY GAME. This is what I've done for the previous three releases (plus Awakening!) and I've yet to regret it. Having loved the whole series so far, I think my assumption that I will love the next thing is pretty well-founded.
As for what they could do between now and then to make me change my mind about pre-ordering: getting rid of the fully-controllable party combat is the only thing that springs to mind. (I mean, I don't think they're going to do that, but they hypothetically could. Whereas other things that would put me off, like moving to first person view, seem even less likely.)
There are certainly directions the story could go in that would annoy me and maybe stop me pre-ordering future games, but I wouldn't know about those until after playing since I try to avoid spoilers.
