I'm curious if anyone would be interested in returning the ME2 style of healthbars to ME3. I was fooling around scaling up the HUD for MP Controller mod and turned on the debug method they have and this is what I got.

Yes, I am aware the player healthbar is incorrectly placed right now.

Absolutely.

The ME3 health bars look ugly compared to the ME2 ones.

Not fully 100% sure how to do it, I can't seem to find the GUI method where they are setting the value for the bar(s). Most of the GUIs are ripped straight from ME2 and are even named GUI_SF_ME2...

Can you possibly replicate the ME2 power mechanics vs. shields and barriers? Or even, say, make Dragoons Armor+Health?

No.  As if bosses barriers / shields weren't tough enough already... now you would make them have shields...then armor..then health?....Nope.

The scheme looks pretty cool on your screenshot...but what I am really curious about...is what is that icon on top of your shields/health meter....not the eye...the crouching down thing?

wha...what is happening in that pic that the game uses for viewing things of interest? It looks like Shepherd having it on with the eyeball icon, or something, really weird.

I think what the problem may be is that the ME2 style bars there are a placeholding image, instead of actually displaying temporary hpbars.

Is it possible to mod collectors so that the possessed variants use harby's taunts, instead of their usual chirping sounds? That would be so fkn awesome!

Mod collectors so that they possess the Announcer.

I do believe that's the cover prompt.

Health bars as in actuall bars is more practical at discerning the damage dished out, so ME3 bars are better IMO.

They actually animate. Technically this is possible. But it would require a very large amount of SWF modding, cause they use frames for each chunk of health, where the old one used like 100 frames.

That was IS my wet dream since Retaliation DLC launch. Make. It. Happen. If. Possible.

That would be awesome.  Though having some of them on the ACA would be fun too.
