Hi.  I am aware that other bugs exist for this quest, I'm talking specifically about reported cases where Servis fails to spawn in Echoback Fort.

I came across this bug around 2 months ago, and after searching the internet for some kind of fix, I could not find any definitive answers.  I stopped playing for around 2 months (because I'm hella retentive in the posterior) after repeatedly trying some fixes others had reported successes with.  The most time consuming of these methods requires that you load a save prior to leaving Coracavus. My last save fitting that description was a full four hours of game time before the point of FUBAR.

Today, I ventured to try again.  After multiple tries "to spawn" Servis, I suddenly had the not-so-brilliant-and-totally-obvious-in-hindsight idea of using the tactical cam to identify all the mooks in Echoback in hopes of finding one with the appropriate name.  Lo and behold, the little [Male Sexual Organ] actually does spawn.  He doesn't spawn right on the quest marker, however.  He's that annoying mage at the top of the stairs who cycles between Sensual Clay Swayze and Ditto Swayze every few seconds.

Multiple kills confirms that he is susceptible to going Full Ditto and disappearing forever, leaving me behind in a teary-eyed state not unlike Demi (Not exactly like Demi though.  I have a better tush.  Comes with being retentive.).  After Servis' health gets low enough his health bar turns green for less than a second after which, as we have established, he disappears.

After a few tries I was able to prevent him from despawning by ensuring I killed everyone else in the fort before I brought his health down.  This allowed me to finally start the conversation needed to further the quest line.  Be mindful however, that even though he was sticking around, he was still prone to phasewalking every few seconds.  He stopped doing so during the conversation but continued to do so after, so I don't know how stable the whole thing really was.  Regardless, I hope this will help someone else out there to surpass this temporary blockage without having to hold it in as a had for two months.  Like a mini-hibernation.

If this isn't new information then please feel free to give the relevant links and I will cry in shame.

TL;DR Servis is a nice guy.  Make sure you kill him last.
