I loved allllll scenes with Morrigan and Flemeth, but especially Morrigan. Love that Witch!
Huhn. Can't believe I also forgot this part. The 'family reunion' was really a moving one for me.

There's just so much - but "In your heart shall burn". From the attack to desperate defence, flight, despair, survival, hope and of course Skyhold.

Anyone that played DA2 vanilla would not have known who Corypheus is either- he was in one of the DLC's.

Pranks with Sera and her friendship
Loved Dorians character
The goat thrown at Skyhold
The swamp area in the Frostback Basin had a cool ambiance
Recruiting devious Servis as an agent and his war table quest
The temple of Mythal and meeting Abelas
Meeting Flemeth in the Fade
Letting the dragon go in Trespasser
Catching up with Solas in Trespasser
Judging the bear in Jaws of Hakkon

The cookies scene with Sera and, well, basically every dialogue with her. I really like how she smiles whenever The Inquisitor goes along with her "schemes" and tries to make her feel accepted (especially since it's obvious that she expects rejection, especially in the cookie-rooftop scene). Her line for a mage "I don't want you to be just a scary mage" is just great
Human Cole's dialogues are pretty great too, especially the one pre-Doom upon all the world and the one in the tavern in val royeaux. His line against Corypheus gave me chills "I am no demon and you are no God"
Morrigan's dialogues about the romanced Warden and (human) Kieran gave me the strength to go through the optional areas, so there's that
The Inquisitor getting owned by Solas. Kind of a cathartic moment for me, really, since i was waiting for someone to finally do it

Most of the main story sequences are pretty decent, there's just too few of them separated by too much unskippable filler bullshit.

Damn, beat me to it
. But I'll like to add the few scenes we get with Kieran as well.
I also love the Cassandra romance, from the time she confronts you to make sure shes not misinterpreting your flirtation attempts, to the end of Trespasser.
( To bad the Cass-shippers didn't get a marriage at the end, and only got a promise for one in the future
. I understand Cullen getting one, after all the sh$t hes been through since Origins he deserved a marriage ending romance. But Sera!!! Come one, she was the least, and I'm mean VERY LEAST character who deserved to get a marriage ending romance. It doesn't fit her character at all to get married.( And before anyone reads this and thinks I hate Sera because she not romanceable for males, that's far from the reason. It doesn't fit her character at all IMO. But eh I'm raging still over trespasser Cass romance ending continue XD )

To me, the whole of In Your Heart Shall Burn, from closing the Breach until being named Inquisitor, is easily the high point of the main story -- a wild ride up and down the emotional spectrum that had me on the edge of my seat. It's a shame that the rest does not live up to that set-up, especially Corypheus and the supposed rivalry between us.
Other favourites include:
- Most of Cole's dialog and cutscenes, especially the spirit-side conclusion of his personal quest and the following dinner cutscene.
- Most interactions with Cassandra, especially her friendship scene in the war room.
- The way Cass warms up to Cole and bonds with him in an almost sisterly way -- these two are far and wide my favourite Bioware NPCs now.
- Champions of the Just, especially the parts with Envy (and Cole).
- The dance with and later the public dismantlement of Florianne. The former felt really tense, a battle of wits and words, and by the end of the story arc I was so sick of "the Game" and its players that being able to crush one of them was rather satisfying.
Honorable mention goes to the Wicked Grace game and to Dorian's and Varric's various silly banter-bets, especially the "arse-deep in trouble" one. ![]()

Vivienne's delightful intro
Being made Inquisitor
Duchess in a Box Tour 9:41. I also include the fight with Florianne that made it all possible.
Letting Celene die.
A few camera angles of beautiful scenery. Emerald Graves is the best one in the main game, but The Descent really opened it up.
Solid Snake as a dwarf. Admit it, you liked it.
The little parting gift scenes at the beginning of Trespasser.
Cassandra's banter and talk about reforging her faith in a trying time.
Sera telling Solas off: "You think the reason I'm not elfy is because I had no choice?"
The Wicked Grace match.
The Viddasala being turned to stone. Missed moment: Not using my spirit nuke to smash her to pieces.
That little moment at the end of "In Your Heart Shall Burn" when Vivienne and Varric approve of you saving all of your Havenites.
The creepy Fade sequence with the Envy Demon mimicking my advisors
"Alas, so long as the music plays, we dance."

My favorite part of Inquisition is the entire "Here Lies the Abyss" main questline. Meeting Hawke, seeing either Stroud or Alistair again (Loghain always dies in my games), having a really hate-able antagonist in Magister Erimond, discussing the morality of the Warden's summoning demons in light of the fake Calling, the siege of Adamant fortress, hearing Blackwall speak out to the Wardens, seeing Clarel own Erimond, walking in the Fade, fighting the Nightmare demon, leaving Hawke to die in the Fade, and recruiting the Wardens.
It's all very epic in scope and relativity.
