I know that the ports on ME3 MP are well documented on X360, PS3, and PC.  So, I'd like to find out what the port numbers are on Wii U so that there's proper documentation available.  I don't have any problems connecting MP on Wii U, but now I'm thinking how do I get all the ports needed.

Of the top of my head, simply looking at the router logs with the IP address of my Wii U should suffice, but I don't have a clear process of how to test this.  I'm hoping someone (Mgamerz, lol) can point me out a good test process to identify all the ports the game uses.

You'd need to use wireshark on another machine to figure that out, with possibly some specific hardware that lets you snoop on traffic not destined for that machine. AFAIK most consumer hardware is built to operate normally (which means it has no need to look at data not destined to it and as such does not have a mode to do that). I know when I used to crack wireless network passwords the card had to be able to be put into promiscuous mode. Other people probably know more than me.

Oh shoot!  So, I can't simply get it from the router log files?  Thanks though!  I'll look up Wireshark.

You might. Though I assume you are talking about ports on the firewall not on the local device... So probably. Wireshark is a great tool though, very useful for tracking network things.
