I would pre order Awakenings this very instant if romancing Oghren was available. I don't understand why he is not an option in the first place . (Not like he is very loyal to his wife).

I love the part where my male PC told Oghren "I love you too" and made things awkward. Oghren's reaction was hilarous.
Actually 90% of what Oghren says is both perverted and hilarous so I'm thrilled to see him (possibly) return in Awakenings.

I'm disappointed by the lack of romances in Awakening in general. I would've liked my Aeducan and Sigrun to hook up - and then rub it in Oghren's face.
Although, now that I think about it, Oghren might like the sound of that. Nevermind.
