Every time I search for a multiplayer match it ends with me being in a empty lobby I have tried ever difficulty and I still cant find anybody, Before you ask i have installed all the DLC.

Well, you're kind of screwed then, unless you manage to use a proxy. DA MP is essentially region-locked, so you being in Australia will make it difficult to find matches.
One of the biggest flaws with DA MP, imo.

I play with a few mates from where I am staying at here in the US-California who are in the UK quite often, tho I am on a PS4 and we invite each other to join. Can PC players do the invite thing?

Yeah, but it is harder to connect internationally. More lag.

I have played with folks from the Oceania region, often they get a black screen on startup, but can rejoin and lag isn't too bad.
