Hm, I thought that was one of the ones that were removed, but seems you're right when checking Wiki and the list of restored Amulets for the mod. Well, that makes that particular locked door alone worth the perk IMO.
It was moved out of the chest, but it is still in the same house / room.
I agree that the two best things you get with this perk are probably the amulet of power and the "unlimited" fade touched obsidian.

If you have the Hakkon DLC, you can get unlimited fade touched silverite/other metals by not "taking all" from defeated fade rifts, too.

I got both of those, so coolio. I'm not familiar with the dupe. Funny HOW GOOD it feels to go back and be able to open all the doors. LOL I was like, YES. Orgasmic door opening- its a thing, apparently.
