Up until a couple of weeks ago, I was enjoying my first attempt to play through Dragon Age. Unfortunately, my computer got messed up, and the only way to keep using it was to reformat, which made me lose my character. I want to delete the two characters I have on my profile, but every time I try, it says "Unable to connect to the on-line storage server." Is there any way to fix this problem? I don't really want to have unplayable characters in my profile taking up space I could be using for characters I am going to play.
