Several solo attempts went by the wayside due to targets and devices. I even got Atlas shagged through cover, which I didn't know could happen, because Atlas.

Got 2 decent runs in last night, one with HSent, the other with SE. I got targets on 3 with the HSent but the run was still good, I got escort and hack after that on my way to 10 WS. SE was 2 escorts and pizza, can't complain about that.

Unintentional

Had time for one game tonight so I started up an U/U/G with my GI/GPSMG, got the bug where none could join my game.

Took my 35 minutes to complete it, but at least I was lucky with getting Reapers on Gigant, even on Gold, Collectors on Condor would have been a pain to sit through.

Wave 8 on your first attempt is not bad. Quite good.

In my first attempt, I was sync killed by a phantom in the opening two minutes.

Tried another Platinum Solo just now - died a few times due to Geth Hunter Stunlock bs.

Finally bled out near the end of Wave 9 getting *ssraped by another Hunter. Just did take a look over my shoulder to see if anything was sneaking up - nothing there. Turned back around only to get shot in the back 2 seconds later. 

 

I think I'm done with Platinum Solo attempts, being the scrub that I am.

Another run where none joined my game, this time with the QFI/CSR vs Collectors on hazard Gigant on Gold, it took a long time to finish.

And even better, leaving my lobby I lost the XP again, that's just what you get for playing utter trash like the Collectors.

Well he does like to solo too, so kind of want to hear it from that perspective. As I solo'ed them Platinum a few times yesterday too before just going random random.

Way to much glitchy BS nonsense for my liking, Cerberus can be annoying enough but they don't have anything that's even close to the glitchy mess that is the Collectors.

^ Hmm, thought you were going to say something about the dmg soaks two possessed Praetorians are. Well, I'll be keeping an eye out for this in Platinum solo and pug runs. Normally on Gold they seem pretty legit to me.

 

Also, maybe I'm remembering this wrong, but on Gold you can stagger a Dragoon with Proxy Mine but it doesn't have enough force or dmg to stagger Platinum Dragoon? Dragoon rush without wave cap can be pretty crazy out of control with some setups on Platinum solos if you're on the spot and make too many mistakes. At least it's pretty new to me so far.

It's more that they do so much more damage on Platinum, when those beams go through the wall you are standing behind you get dropped right away, but the most annoying thing for me are the platinum seeker swarms, especially those from possesed captains, way way to many hit points on them.

Platinum Dragoons can give a lot of problems unless you cheese it with guns like the Venom or Scorpion, doing platinum Cerberus with a kit with no staggering powers and only hit scan guns can be pretty hard to do.

There is no wave caps on Dragoons, but the good thing is that you don't get any of them on the objective waves.

Haven't really payed attention to it, but I think Proxy mines do stagger them also on platinum, they have no force, only damage and the staggering threshold is the same on gold and platinum I believe.
