Basically

Plat waves stack on top of your Gold, Silver, and Bronze waves AT THE SAME TIME.

It's 1:1 so one Gold counts as one Silver and one Bronze etc

Yes, I used the Jug. I got frustrated with the Valkyrie. I almost extracted with her but I was put in my place because of the Geth Prime. :'(

 

Congratulations. That's awesome.

 

After completing two Gold SLOWLO with a  juggernaut I thought I was ready for a platinum solo but I was wrong. Failed in wave 8. I will probably attempt it again. Maybe with a more optimized setup I might manage it.

 

They were vs Ceberus Gold on White and Glacier.

The first 2 waves were already tough, like 3 meds and 3 ops tough ( ), but when I got devices on w3, with the first one already in the middle, I quit. I know how that ends.

YOLO is when you use weapon, ammo, armor bonus and don't use medi-gel, ops pack, thermal clips pack and cobra.

SLOWLO is when you use medi-gel, ops pack, thermal clips pack and cobra but don't use weapon amps, ammo and armor bonus.

Hahah you guys went wild there with your YOLO SLOWLO and stuff ! Was attempting to do a flawless,  I'm equipped and geared alright, just no consumables.

 

Got kinda pissed at RNG God because it's the second time they drop the wave 10 targets on me. Failing twice was enough to make it pretty obvious that I'd never be able to pull it off under the circumstances.

 

Fortunately, my last try went well and I got wave 10 upload, much , much easier.

 

EDIT : I guess that makes it a YOLO (never gonna call it that way though)

my last solo match? Yesterday. London. Collectors. 23:30 sharp. Some non-vegetarian cheese eating omnivore was displaying howsalty stuff can get. Earning double our salary and then dying demonstratively at the wrongest places to be gently revived (the soloing medic) . This behaviour describes the modern woman nowadays. I contend that Chivalry was easier way back, where flexing of muscles was a birthright and didn't require much skill. Have mercy on our [suns].

He shot stimpacks like a junky - probably use more stims than that harrier shot bullets.
Do you have a definition for MILO to complete the scrabble challenge?

Come to think of it - I not sure whether a AIU or TGI can ever be seriously considered for "no consumbable" runs:

Not cool to make fun of a soldier's drug addiction. Probably didn't use the right weapon as a comparison though. I get it was for emphasis, but I mean come on, it's the harrier you talking about, I probably used 100 000 bullets for this match, only about 90 000 ops pack. 

 

On a serious note, the way I see it, if you're playing with the TGI, unless you got some reason not to use ops pack, you should make the most of it to make things go smoother, faster etc. That sequence is the perfect example, it would have been so stupid of me to jeopardize all my efforts by going easy on ops pack at that point. Having dealt with that objective wave basically twice in a row, I think it's almost impossible without consumables and under the circumstances, at least for me.

 

After 40 or 50 minutes of gameplay, not counting the other attempts, you can be sure I'll inject that turian's veins with as much dope as I can, don't feel bad for him, Turians have extremely fast metabolism, he can take it.

I'll let you all know how I get on against geth on condor on platinum! With an engineer whom I'll choose once I'm on tonight. I have a few ideas. I have been helped along in this assault on the brain and nerves by you loverly people. See you all on the other side of a full extraction I hope.

Geth on Condor is a real challenge, with all the open space the Primes can snipe you from across the map, it's far from impossible but it's quite a challenge!

Was doing my first Platinum Solo ever with Geth Pyro Trooper (thanks to Caineghis2500 for his guide) versus Reapers on Giant. Flawless (no consumables) until the damn Banshee grabbed me on Wave 8 because I got stuck in cover...

Long

Started up a public game for U/U/G with my lvl 18 TGI/Avenger.

Only used AP ammo III and a lvl 1 AR amp as I expected for pugs to join.

Luckily I got Reapers on Hazard gigant,

Only had one silly pug joining on wave 8, but he mainly displayed an excellent capability to get himself killed, finally he was grabbed by a Banshee and rage quit.

Damn thing took my 45 min to complete, by at least I got my AR mastery done.
