I just realized when looking over the wording of the War Table operation "A Crew of Adventurers," it contains a number of references to classic Dungeons and Dragons modules.

Sutherland's company have made a request for further expeditions to bolster Inquisition coffers. He seems driven to match the investment made in the group thus far. The goal is rambling, but has potential. A small group is certainly better suited to ferreting out whatever misplaced city, horror-filled tomb, or borderland keep he's looking to scout.

"Misplaced city" is potentially a reference to the Basic Set module "The Lost City." (Admittedly, I could be wrong on this one.) https://en.wikipedia...eons_&_Dragons)

"Horror-filled tomb" is almost certainly a reference to the infamous meatgrinder called the "Tomb of Horrors," a dungeon crawl that has claimed more than its fair share of adventuring parties. https://en.wikipedia...Tomb_of_Horrors

And finally, "Borderland Keep" is a pretty straight reference to "Keep on the Borderlands," considered to be one of the best D&D adventures of all time. https://en.wikipedia...the_Borderlands

Nothing much to discuss here. I just thought it was amusing. :)
