I've just finished another run in Dragon Age: Origins, and I've noticed a few problems related to Alistair's romance in the Keep. In this playthrough, I let Loghain live, and Alistair consequently ended our relationship and left the Wardens to marry Anora and take the throne. However, I notice that the Keep allows me to simultaneously indicate that Loghain is alive and well, and yet, I am also Alistair's mistress--I believe the two things should be mutually exclusive.
Additionally, I'm a little unclear on whether or not a "Alistair dumped you because you recruited Loghain" option exists...there is the "Royal obligations ended the relationship" option, but that seems more to me like you have an unhardened Alistair who took the throne, and wasn't willing to stay with you as a result.
In relation to that, it's also possible to mark that you're Alistair's mistress, while simultaneously saying you didn't encounter Goldanna: this should be impossible, seeing as only a hardened Alistair will be willing to continue your relationship, and his hardening depends on you finding Goldanna.
These are just a few minor oversights I've encountered--I just want to make sure that I'm putting everything down correctly to avoid contradictory plot flags, save bugs, and other things like that.
