I just googled it. I have the safety filters on and I saw a lot of links to, um, adult material. I looked and I didn't find a single link I could put up that was within the TOS or SFW. This thread was at the bottom of page 2. When I hit page 3 I gave up. I wasn't willing to click on those links for myself.

From the summations I read on google, it's a real life sexual interest that's short for cuckhold. The romance side of it seems to have the most hits. That's about all I can say about it. I've seen weirder, but it's been a long time since I had to look up something like this.
