Suicide Mission Question.

No armour Jack dead
No Shields Tali Dead
Tech Spec Garrus dead
Seeker swarm Grunt Dead
2nd Fire team Jacob dead, not loyal.
No Escort Chakwas dead
The Line held by Loyal Legion Zaeed Miranda samara and unloyal Mordin.
What I need to know is does loyalty save anyone on this list from my evil plan to kill them? As it will throw off the whole thing knowing now will save me from a meltdown.

The iffy one on that list for me would be a loyal Grunt dying during the Long Walk.

Feasible with Miranda doing a bubble and Zaeed as second squad member.

If you want someone to die during the Long Walk, put non loyal Samara/Morinth or Jack or Jacob (loyal or not) to do the bubble and bring Miranda along with the squad mate you want to kill. Miranda can no longer die at this point (unless you bring her during the final fight and she's not loyal).

To answer your questions:
-Jack will always die without the armor upgrade, no problem.
-Kasumi and Legion will die before Tali without the shields upgrade, so take them with you to fight the Occulus. (Death priority: Kasumi > Legion > Tali > Thane > Garrus > Zaeed > Grunt > Samara/Morinth).
-Be sure to upgrade the Normandy's guns (Garrus's upgrade), unless you want more death outside your evil plan. (Death priority: Thane > Garrus > Zaeed > Grunt > Jack > Samara/Morinth).
-Garrus automatically dies as the tech specialist.
-Non Loyal Jacob will die as 2nd fire team leader.
-Seeker swarm death priority (with non loyal Jack/Samara or Miranda/Thane): Thane > Jack > Garrus > Legion > Grunt > Samara > Jacob > Mordin > Tali > Kasumi > Zaeed > Morinth). So, bring anyone after Grunt on the list (or Miranda), to make sure he dies.
-There are "points" given to each character that holds the line. Grunt, Zaeed and Garrus have 3 points (4 if loyal). Thane, Legion, Samara, Jacob and Miranda have 1 point (2 if loyal). Jack, Kasumi, Tali and Mordin have 0 points (1 if loyal). To keep everyone alive, you'll need an average of 2.0 points between everyone left to hold the line.
- The death priority is Mordin > Tali > Kasumi > Jack > Miranda > Jacob > Garrus > Samara/Morinth > Legion > Thane > Zaeed > Grunt. Non loyal squadmates die before loyal ones.
- Your score is 2.0 in that scenario so everyone will live (in theory).
- Try playing around with the points in this post to create your own preferred scenario.
-If you want to kill off more squadmates while still completing the loyalty missions (except for the ones you listed as non loyal already): try replacing Zaeed (the "stronger" of the squadmates) with Kasumi to hold the line; fail Zaeed and Samara's loyalty missions; and lose Miranda and Legion's loyalty by siding with Jack and Tali (respectively) during their confrontations. Don't upgrade the Normandy's guns- Thane dies before you arrive at the Collector Base. This leaves you with a score of 0.75 to hold the line. Two of your squadmates left to hold the line will die: Mordin and then Miranda > Samara > Legion (depending on who you bring for the final boss). Zaeed and whoever else you bring (Miranda, Samara, or Legion) will die after the final boss too. Miranda will die regardless, so... Two squadmates will survive: Kasumi and Samara/Legion.
-You may find this post interesting too. It explains how you can still complete all of the loyalty missions while only having Morinth and Kasumi left after the Suicide Mission.
