I am so sick and tired of dagger. If I never see it again, I'm cool with that. I would rather play 20 matches on giant in a row. That's a cool screenshot.... the bigger the dishes...the better the target to nuke it from space.

The funny thing is most people would say the reverse - Giant is an incredibly popular map, especially for platinums.
That said, if I never see Dagger hazard again it'll be too soon.
That said, now I'm wondering what the sandstom looks like from that angle...
That said, I was going to do some far away wide-angles of other maps, including Giant. Hydra is my fave so far.

Normal Dagger is quite fine. Biased towards snipers and long rangers in general, but still it's not as bad as RIo.
Dagger Hazard however, sucks ass from a straw. Atmospheric, but gamewise - totally pointless.

This should have been my 1st post in this thread..... I am coming from a PS3 perspective......where 5 out of 6 unknown match searches........you get dagger...........the other time......you get ghost......I admit, they are very pretty maps...but after constantly playing one or the other....just....uggghhhhh....variety is nice......I am just tired of them.........every time....while doing an unknown game search...you either get dagger or ghost ...98% of the time on PS3..........

I may be somewhat guilty of the Ghost thing. It's a good, stable map though. I boot up dagger occasionally though, I play it about as often as the Earth maps and other memleaky things.

I have to admit, the cain in multiplayer is a hell of a lot of fun.

Dagger Hazard is one time that Bioware acknowledged that they kind of screwed up a little bit, and sadly support ended before they could fix it ):

So you're the reason there's no time for aerial bombardment, huh Sterling? Too busy sightseeing. ![]()
I like what you've done with the place - too bad the extension never got finished.

Landed on it a few hours ago with a few fellow N7s and I can tell you it certainly wasn't peaceful. We had to fend off a horde of reapers in an engagement that lasted for half an hour. And there was a strong storm brewing the entire time.
You can kiiinda make it out if you look closely, but I'm actually busy battling an ATLAS in there. And a bunch of dragoons and phantoms...

Firebase Dagger on some random distant world is a coverup. This is a top secret CIA base in Nevada desert. Ima hide somewhere now so they can't find me for leaking this.

I always think Hazard Dagger and White should throw themselves to a Splinter Cell game.

That is precisely my problem. If I play close range kits, "random" maps are all Dagger, Rio, or Hydra. My snipers just keep getting HazGlacier with an invisible swarm... Or London. Lots and lots of London for everyone. I can't even think of the last time I got Condor, Vancouver, or Jade.

Use the Lancer. Good at all ranges.

Yep. Where there is smoke there is conniving Cerberus. Sound like a strong human trait - that constant cover-up. Maybe that's how it all started - with that symbolic Fig leave- cover-up this, cover-up that. You can kiiinda make it out if you look closely, but I'm actually busy battling an ATLAS in there. And a bunch of dragoons and phantoms...
It's beautiful.
I like this map. The only problem I've with it is that on PS3 (I'm wondering how many times I already wrote those words), some people can't host Dagger.
The DAWG evnltn showed me, that by controlling the leaks, you can play every map and faction that u like even on plat. Someday I will become wise like that also. Read his write-up in AHF group on hardware... (OP this honestly answers your question)

Why aren't there doors in the future?
Doors are so 20-21th centuries. In the future, humanity has evolved to a more peaceful, trustful and fraternal species.

Or, bioware is too lazy to make them.
