I got until dawn already.
It sold out everywhere I had to wait two weeks to get a copy.
Loved it.

Yeah apparently it exceeded expectations for sales, so I'm hoping for a sequel, even if it is new characters.

Genuinely thought it was better than most actual horror movies. Even though there was a lot of reliance on jump scares, to varying degrees of success, I loved as well how it built and ratcheted up tension and dread, and really tool its time before fully revealing just what the real threat on the mountain was, old school horror, it was so effective. so often what we don't see is scarier than what we do.

Enough Until Dawn gushing lol

Enjoy Heavy Rain, its another classic!

I platinumed Until Dawn :) It was really great. I LOVE choice driven games. That's why I'll play the crap out of Detroit: Become Human whenever it comes out.

I'm getting closer to finishing Mirror's Edge catalyst. After that I want to start the Witcher 3 expansions, but South Park The Stick of Truth is calling me....

Also all the Overwatch.

OH! And I'm still trying to Platinum Uncharted 4. I'm gathering all the collectibles on my crushing run, then I'll do all the stealth trophies and gun trophies, and then I'll do the speed run and I'll have it. That'll put me at 8 platinum trophies.

Here's my platinums:

Assassin's Creed II

Lego Harry Potter year 1-4

Lego Harry Potter year 5-7

Lego Marvel Super Heroes

Until Dawn

Dragon Age Inquisition

Infamous Second Son

Lol, could never platinum Until Dawn myself, cause that means certain characters would have to die for me to get trophies, and I cant ever bring myself to kill any of them, I like them all too much! Plus the idea of a horror where they all survive is just awesome! Reverse and flip the stereotypes and cliche!

Might give the first Dishonored another whirl soon in prep for when Dishonored 2 comes out

It was so thrilling to kill them all at least once. You should really try it. :D

I really appreciate the first Dishonored.

I loved the fact you can take a non-lethal approach, it was incredibly refreshing and I found it more satisfying than being all Ezio on the populace of Dunwall.

Dunwall though is easily the best aspect of the game for me. The setting and the locations, particularly the Boyle Mansion, were just so well done, and incredibly fun to explore.

The only real letdown for me was the predictable and overly familiar plot, and forgetable characters, something I hope Dishonored 2 improves upon.

But ill still enjoy it as long as Karnaca is as good as it appears on the trailers vids and promos, and there are as equally good non-lethal options :)

I've decided to play Kingdom Hearts 2 on my PS3.

I've done it long time ago on my PS2 and I'm still fond of the serie ~ positive and relaxing with hot organization XIII members :P

It looks like 2016 is my Square Enix year after "Life is Strange", "Murdered:soul suspect" and the upcoming "FF15" and "Kingdom Hearts 2.8" ("NieR" is for 2017)

I have an increasingly bitter relationship with Kingdom Hearts.

It is still a series I have huge amounts of rose tinted nostalgia for, they were the games I grew up with, much like the Harry Potter books were the books I grew up with.

KH1, KH2 and Birth By Sleep are in their own way brilliant games, that taps into my nostalgia fuelled love for Disney, as well as get me emotionally invested in the characters and story, no matter how convoluted things get.

But I suppose at this moment in time, its the convoluted narrative, the sheer number of characters that I believe need their proper character arc resolutions, and the requirement to tie up every other dangling plot thread in Kingdom Hearts 3 that has me worried it just won't be able to fulfill all that.

There's also the possibility that there will be new characters to take away much needed time on other characters, and the fact that I have been waiting for Kingdom Hearts 3 specifically for 10+ years, overall the series is one I'm struggling to engage with as much as I used to.

The promise of playing as Aqua again though is what is drawing me to 2.8, and the hope we may get some allusions as to how she'll be implemented in KH3. Aqua is probably one of the characters high on my list who I want to see get proper screen time and a resolution to the arc she started in Birth by Sleep.

Well, to be honest I played those games on the late so KH1 - KH chains of memories (GBA+PS2) and KH2 were already there. It was the year KH 358/2 came out (so... 2009 I presume) and the year after we had "Birth By Sleep". Let's say I play KH games during a whole year => march 2009 to march 2010

When I started the serie, I wasn't sure to like it, the first KH was ok but nothing more, a bit too childish (but I always loved the old Disney movies, so...)... then came "chains of memories" with the organization XIII and I litterally fell into Square Enix fangirl trap XD Also the story was better and better, I couldn't stop playing, I wanted to get my answers ~

KH3 will be the end of the Xehanort story, I'm also waiting for the conclusion, especially after "Dream Drop Distance" (did you played it ? super important).

I agree, Aqua is a wonderful female character, not a weak princess but a strong warrior with a golden heart :)

The only thing that bother me with KH games is that you had to buy 265522 consoles to play everything ... the PS3 compilations are a good initiative if you want to catch up everything ~

I did play Dream Drop Distance, only for the story.

I was hoping for more answers, not more questions, just hoping KH3 will finally resolve things.

And yes, getting the compilations for my PS3 has made things a lot easier. I hated having to get a PSP and 3DS just to play Birth by Sleep and Dream Drop Distance, but like a sucker i did anyways lol

Aqua is probably my favourite original Kingdom Hearts character, along with Riku, Roxas and Axel (  )

Riku ................. <3

I hated him on KH1, stupid, selfish brat ... and after, I don't know, he just became super awesome ~

on my fav characters list, I would add Xigbar (because he makes me laugh each time he speaks), Vexen (I have a thing for mad scientists) and Saix (love his design, can't wait to know what really happened to him on KH3, especially after "Dream Drop Distance"...!)

Axel has my fav combo color : red hair/green eyes /black clothes (like my Shepard XD).... I can't resist, he's also a very nice character !

haha, don't worry I bought a 3DS just because of KH too~ to be honest, I shared the price with a friend, he also needed one to play the game ~ kill 2 birds with 1 stone !

This Uncharted 4 platinum is easier than I thought it would be. I still need some time to accomplish it though.

South Park the stick of truth is a fantastic, albeit, irreverent game.i keep dropping my jaw lol

Riku was really developed well across the series. And some of the Organization XIII members are awesome, moreso than Xemnas, I found him dull. Xigbar and Luxord are my two faves, not counting Axel now since he's gone rogue lol

I've never played Kingdom Hearts..........

I really really want to. I remember my brother playing it on his ps2 and not letting me touch it. :D

Then the remixes came out late in the life cycle of the PS3..... and we were planning on getting a PS4, so we were saving up for that.

I wanna playyyyyyy I tried to watch a youtube explaining the lore but I don't get it.

Apparently people in the fandom have a hard time understanding it too?

Oh hells yes.

You'd need like a comprehensive guide, video, manual just to understand what the heck is going on sometimes.

Yeah, its really not easy for newcomers, and even hardcore fans I know sometimes need to remind themselves, the lore and overall narrative has become extremely convoluted at this point. I constantly need to remind myself who some characters are, when what happened etc. it can be frustrating

Probably tied for the Metal Gear Solid series I hear lol

Falling so in love with DOOM.

I remember playing the demo for this on the prototype PS when I was 8 at a gaming convention.

To look at it now.....
