Whenever I play with lots of animation cancelling or with the Virtuoso, I feel like I am playing centipede, space invaders, or asteroids. Just jamming on the buttons.

I remember well. That makes me 40 something too (and proud sure), but mostly I'm sore and tired with more gray facial hair than I'd like.

Are you running inferno belt to make hot licks viable? Tried it a while ago and HL was just a pain in the arse without the belt, and I needed to constantly use knight music to stay alive using the belt, if there was guardian spirit I probably wouldn't bother with LKM and would feel safer.
Easier to just power chord everything as it is.
Yes. Inferno Belt and Hot Licks ring.
Hot Licks is faster than Power Chord with Storm Belt and PC ring because you don't have to run up to them.
Perilous is about a wash between the two.
NM is better with PC, but loses in efficiency to Perilous and below because of time.
