What do you have left that you haven't done?

If it's only Trespasser you haven't played, Vivienne will become available again for that. (So will Dorian, for that matter, even if you didn't recruit him before.)

If you want to run around doing other quests and areas (including the Descent and Jaws of Hakkon DLC) you will either have to do without a mage or reload a save from before you defeated Corypheus. Trespasser is the only DLC that can ONLY be played after beating him, so you only have to go back to just before the final battle.

I'm not sure there's anything you can do after going out of your way to upset/not recruit the mage companions. If you are planning on playing Trespasser, you will get a mage back for that, but I think you might be out of luck for the main game.

You could always reload a save from before the final battle?

Trespasser is set two years after Corypheus is defeated, and starting it cuts off access to the rest of the game.

If you want to play Jaws of Hakkon and/or The Descent with a mage in your party, you'll need to reload a save from before you beat him.

I dont have a save before the fight. I just want to complete the normal game without the DLCs but i Need a mage for most of the Things. My main question is: Do i get Dorian and Vivienne for the normal game, if i recruit them in the Trespasser DLC?

No, they will be available for Trespasser only. Trespasser cuts off your access to the rest of the game, you can only go back to play from a previous save once it's finished.

Basically, no. The DLC has an end and takes you back to the main menu upon completion. You can only play from a previous save point when it's finished.

So i won´t be able to get a mage without the DLC after defeating Corypheus?

Uh, no. How did you get Vivienne to leave? Even when I had ultimate disapproval from her she stayed.

She was probably made Divine.

Uhm, can't you just talk to Vivienne and ask her to come back?

Yeah, I would assume that Vivienne works the same as Cassandra and if you go talk to her she would rejoin your group?

OP, just go look for her in her usual spot and talk to her see if this is possible.

Did  Vivienne become divine? If so, she will not be available until the trespasser dlc

No, you can't get the mages in vanilla/regular DA:I anymore.

I'm not sure about Vivienne, go talk to her in Skyhold after you finished the game and see if you can re-recruit her back to the party.

If you didn't recruit Dorian, he is gone. Solas is gone as well.

Dorian and Vivienne will back in Trespasser, but starting Trespasser is '' finale '' and you can't get out of it anymore, and it won't change pre-Trespasser saves.

Let me try to word this a bit differently from my fellow BSN posters...

You have the main game, which ends with the defeat of Corypheus. But you can still play the game afterward, run around closing rifts, complete (some) unfinished quests, etc.

Solas leaves, so he is not available.

You did not recruit Dorian (or kicked him out), so he is not available.

Even though Vivienne became Divine, you should be able to talk to her and get her to join your party if you want to continue to keep using a mage. If you don't do that, then you will not have a mage for any post-game play.

If you did not recruit a certain follower, or kicked them out at some point, then they are just gone. They don't come back at some later time so you can recruit them again. You can't "find" them again. The only exception to this is Dorian in the Trespasser DLC because that is a special circumstance.

If you want to play Descent or Jaws of Hakkon DLC and are worried you won't have a mage, you can play these two DLC before you start the final mission to fight Corypheus. You will have to load an older save for this; hopefully you have one from shortly before you went on the mission.

The Trespasser DLC is the final DLC and is an epilogue to the game. Once you start it you can NOT got back to Skyhold. When you finish this DLC, you are taken back to the main menu of the game. You can load older saves, or start a new game, but that's it.

In the Trespasser DLC, Dorian comes back, whether you recruited him or not, so you can use him as your mage. Vivienne, although Divine, should also be available as a mage. Dorian comes back for Trespasser ONLY. Nothing you do in Trespasser has any effect on the rest of the game, so Dorian stays gone in any of your pre-Trespasser saves.

Or to put it simply. If the companion is not in their place in Skyhold, you no longer have or, never recruited them, you cannot get them after you defeat Corypheus UNTIL you play Trespasser. Then you can ONLY Play Trespasser, no other content is available ever again for that game.

Solas leaves, you don't have a choice there. Vivienne might be divine, then you have to talk to her when you load after the celebration banquet and, she will rejoin the party. If you did not have her come back then, you do not have her unless you play Trespasser. You cannot go back to the base game once you go to Trespasser until you start a new game.
