Suddenly my worldstate is not reflecting my actual game choices. And no matter what I do it will not let me correct it..... Is it bugged atm or something ? 
Its got me with no relationship and I did. Its got Alistair as dead but hes not. Logain as alive but hes not. Its quite frustrating. If anyon has any reccomendations on how to fix this I would greatly appreciate it as im getting DA:I for my pc finally next week and i want my worldstate to be ready to go.

You used the word "suddenly," which seems to suggest that the Keep had been working correctly before. Is that the case and your choices changed?
Just in case you're not... you should be aware that importing your characters from DAO and DA2 does NOT also import your choices. DAI is the only game that supports choice import, since DAI was made with the Keep in mind.
For both DAO and DA2, the Keep ONLY records the basic facts about your character and nothing more: name, gender, race, origin, class, and an upload of your character's in-game portrait (basically a screencap, the same used in the game itself). The Keep does NOT import any decisions from those two games; you must select all of those by hand.
