Samson will get you halfway there. After that, you're on your own.

Only halfway sorry that's not good enough.
He's more like an underboss.
He'll do good at Hinterlands. Or do badly, if you will. But in a good way.
Problem is they have at least two more games they want to write after this, and unless you want to be thwarted by the hero at the end, they can't do that if they let you destroy Thedas as we know it.
Then you would get something similar as in the game Fallout a destroyed Thedas and also you did not answer my question would you like to play as the villain or not ?

No, no... I wouldn't really. Not unless they completely rewrote the game to be more like a medieval Inquisition, with complicated politics on all sides. No cackling evil forces or anything like that. Just a bunch of Rodericks and Gaspards and Celenes screwing each other over.
From one perspective, Vivienne would be a great villain in a game like that.

He does not look like an underboss to me with his powerful armor. And we are not talking about the good way here we are supposed to be the baddy's ![]()

I mean he'd be effective. But only good from where's standing.
All the starving refugees would be force-fed red lyrium. "There! Aren't you happy now?"

I can see your point when it comes to Vivienne she would be a great villain but if she is in then i am out for me no more Vivienne.
I would've made my Male Lavellan a bit of a villain.
With being able to get anything he wanted without moral...
So what i read from your sentence is that you also would not like to be the villain and then i mean the true villain.
And to revering to your what's on you mind thing then true Skyrim is a lot of fun.

No i mean in the next game we have two different worlds in one game ( if you play as the bad guy ) a destroyed Thedas and one that is not destroyed ( if you play as the good guy or less bad ).
She has a point though..imo. What use is a villain with some of the heroes you can possibly be? Handed global power and loyalty almost instantly, with the possibility that the hero might not really care about anyone they are supposed to represent.. or even understand them. And if they do, then it's just extreme levels of idealism that motivates them. I'd rather kill heroes like that than most villains.
I'm reminded a little bit of Dune.

I was just messing with you
of course i am not happy of using the starving refugees to be forced with red lyrium that would make me a real b**** but i have to admit i sometimes am one
.
But i like having this conversation with you it was fun

Solas is a party member, so we already do, in a sense, at least aid and abet the villain.
Of course, if you mean Cory and his henchpersons, while it might be interesting to get more into their motivations and methods, ultimately we already know what happens if they take the hero out of the picture. Namely, everyone loses.

Not everyone.
'AAHHHHHH, HOW DID YOU KNOW?"
"The fade, I learned of it in the fade..."
Well then congratulations

It's alright Patricia. I sometimes don't understand teasing online, to be honest.

What? Okay...
It's an interesting thought. There have been instances where I was actually rooting for the villain and I would be willing to try such a game. However, I just can't play evil when I also have the option of being good. It just feels wrong. Whenever I tried I just reloaded a save going all "Oh no I didn't mean it sorry!"
I couldn't even do the evil route in the Fable games. :') Perhaps I should just stick with a game like Overlord to play as the villain.
What? Okay...
Yeah you gave me a like and then you unliked it that's a little teasing right.
