I just want to see some familiar faces.
Krogan are one of the confirmed races in Mass Effect: Andromeda, and one of the
most formidable races in the series. Let's take a look at what makes the Krogan different from other races.

They've said they want a clean slate, but some old faces *may* return. I think it's more likely by mention that appearance though...
Great video
THANK YOU!!!! So glad to hear you enjoyed it! ![]()
we'll see my friend. I doubt bioware would have the balls to throw salarians and Asari under the bus. They've said they want a clean slate, but some old faces *may* return. I think it's more likely by mention that appearance though...

Salarians are confirmed. Asari are... kinda confirmed...
No offense, but what is the point of doing an ME:A lore video about the Krogan when generally we know next to nothing about ME:A,
and the only thing we know about the Krogan is that they are going to be there?

I believe he is making the videos as a way to give new players a quick lesson of the lore so they can be in the know-how when the game comes out.

Where did the confirmation for Salarians come from? I'm not doubting it, I'm just wondering what I missed.
I had thought Krogan were the only alien species officially confirmed so far, with the mention of Salarians and Asari just coming from the first leak. (which was likely legit)

I would imagine these two, plus turians would all be in ME:A. Would be hard to have a ME game without the 3 major alien races in it. Only question is who among these races will be squad members.

I'd say it wouldn't be stretching it to say all. Hopefully female turian.
Yes or another Salarian gender doesn't matter.I'd say it wouldn't be stretching it to say all. Hopefully female turian.
Female turians will be present in MEA.
They wouldn't go through the hassle to display female turian in Omega and The Citadel DLCs just to discard them in ME:A.
Besides since it's obvious Turians will be present as a race (one of the core races of ME lore) they must have both genders present... otherwise they would go extinct really fast in Andromeda.
I even believe turians will be the most present sibling race (originating from the same galaxy as we do) in ME:A, more than Salarians or Krogans.
I think all of humanoid ones but the geth would be present. Quarians, turians, salarians, krogan, asari, drell. Volus too, after all where could you go without our favourite comic relief. Not sure about the elcor and the jellyfish.

Well it's a new engine.... They made the female turian for one character, then copied it and changed the face markings for the only other one that appears via DLC. I'd love to see them as well, maybe even as a squad member!
Great video, I always found the Krogan lore interesting and Rannoch is a personal favorite location of mine from the trilogy. Will you be doing lore videos for the other races BioFan?

Yes indeedy! Just gotta make it through finals week first haha. I'll be doing each race as it's confirmed (to some degree). Salarians, Hanar, and Asari are on my list. I try to focus more on their biology/race features as that will likely concern Andromeda more, but with a little touch on history that may come up.

Asari better be confirmed.
Asari better be confirmed.
It seems krogan are quite popular with the ladies on tumblr as of late. Wonder why?
