I pre-ordered Mass Effect 2 from the EA store but did not get the promised Code to access Cerberus!? Everything else worked perfectly...

Any suggestions/ help?

I didn't get the code for the Inferno Armor, but I got everything else. I got the game from Direct2Drive though. Not the EA Store.

Chat doesn't work, keeps kicking once you get to the front. No response to e-mails yet. Ordered from EA Store and haven't received any of the codes.

Exactly same situation here. I ordered from Eastore and got only the game registration code but none of additional stuff for DDE...

ok well this is weird i got the cerberus network redeem code put it in and can access it but when ever i play me2 and it says new content available i click on it and it shows me all the stuff i already have also it wont let me access the EA online store when i click on it from me2 even though i am already logged in to the cerberus network

Im in New Zealand and my provider (mightyape) said hey had a problem with receiving the codes so they will email them to me?

No codes and the only time I managed to get someone to talk to me on chat it disconnected while he was checking my order info...



Seems live chat is the way to go if you purchased it via EA Store.

the same happened to me with DAO.......i bought the game because i like it and i wanted to get these items but if things like this have to happen all the times well....there are many ways to get teh game and all the dlc without using the cerberus network......EA is just pissing off people with every new game at launch so dont buy game at launch or get em in a different way.....in the end its EA fault not ours, since i payd 2 months ago and financed EA a lot of tiem before they launcehd this game...........damn.....if i dont get the code today i'll simply be forced to crack it to be able to use what i paid for!

There was no Cerberus code in my retail box. I've contacted EA, but no reply yet.



Can someone from Bioware tell us what is being done to remedy this situation? You/EA have really dropped the ball on these codes. And as far as I can tell from these boards your entire DLC system for DAO and ME2 is a total failure.

If you add the digital deluxe edition of the game to your cart today on EA Store you get 3 items in it: The Game, Cerberus Network Activation and Collector Gear and Sniper Rifle.



Meanwhile preordering sucks, since we never get ours...

Managed to get my Cerberus code and Inferno Armor from an EA Agent in live chat, but the guy was not very smart, said my digital edition did not have the rights to the Collector Armor and Assault Rifle and the Incisor Rifle, totally opposed to what EA Store and the game website say.



Gonna try and get a new chat going to get those.

well went to ea's live chat and the guy tied the cerberus network into my account. so no work on my end and no codes. everything is working fine. kudos to the live chat.

So i'm gathering I should not take back the retail copy i bought today and buy the $20 off one on the eastore... good to know.

 as far as i know when you get a copy of Mass Effect 2 you use a code when installing the game it is the same code for the cerberus network. i am just experincing something far more anyoing when i use the code and it grants me the access then it just starts saying it needs it again but when i wright my game code and the cerberus code it says that it is already in use but it was not:(
